Overview

Miao Qiao is a Senior Lecturer (equivalent to Associate Professor in tenure-track systems) in the School of Computer Science at the University of Auckland, New Zealand. Her research focuses on developing theory-informed and efficient solutions for big data management and analytics. Her current research interests include vector data management, graph data management, and brain network analytics. She received her Ph.D. in 2013 from the Chinese University of Hong Kong and her B.Sc. in 2009 from Shanghai Jiao Tong University, China.
